To commemmorate the 65th anniversary of liberation of The Netherlands by Canadian troops, this special beer was commissioned by the Dutch embassy.

A collaborative effort with De Koningshoeven brewery, this cloudy wheat beer uses organic juniper berries and maple syrup as a way to feature traditional ingredients from both countries.

Namaste White

A witbier bursting with good karma. Made with dried organic orange slices, fresh-cut lemongrass and a bit of coriander, this Belgian-style white beer is a great thirst quencher. Namaste White was originally brewed at our pub in Rehoboth Beach with our Italian friend Leo from Birra del Borgo. It was a tribute to our friends at 3 Fonteinen brewery in Belgium, who had devastating production loss (1/3 of their annual production) in 2009.

Wittekerke Wild

Wittekerke Wild is the Ultimate Sour Wit beer.
It is a combination of our famous Wittekerke Wit beer and our Petrus Sours.
To make a Wittekerke Wild, the first step is to harvest the microflora from the oak foeders. Once we have done that, we unleash those microflora onto the first fermentation of the Wittekerke Wit.
After a good fermentation and maturation, the Wittekerke Wild is born.

Blanche de Chambly

(White of Chambly) was the first bottle
refermented ale produced by Unibroue. It is
brewed from a blend of pale barley malt,
wheat malt and unmalted wheat, to which
we blend selected spices and hops.

Blanche de Chambly is only partially filtered,
retaining its natural cloud of yeast that is
characteristic of the original white ales
brewed during the Middle Ages.

We recommend this remarkably refreshing

Hoegaarden Wit / Blanche

500 years of hard work went into making this beer that features the aroma of orange peel, coriander and herbs that the merry monks imported from sunny Curacao. Speaking of which: pouring Hoegaarden is just like letting the sun fall into your glass: light yellow and naturally murky. And the soft foam adds a cloudy finish. And then there’s the soft taste, light and slightly sweet and sour and with subtle citrus notes… ah, just go ahead and taste it instead of reading about it!
